VET CLINIC

The Winchester Area SPCA plans to open the James L and Mary J Bowman Veterinary Clinic to the public in 2023. Initial plans dictate the clinic will offer low cost spay/neuter and vet services to local shelters, rescues, and those with income below the poverty level.
