Come Yoga with adoptable kitties at the Winchester Area SPCA.

Join instructor Hannah Lewis for a gentle, accessible yoga flow that is suitable for all levels of practice. Hannah completed her 200 (RYT – 200) hour yoga teacher training at Shine Yoga in Winchester, VA. Her instructors were Caroline Felix and Amy Gwinner. Hannah welcomes practitioners of all levels to join Cat Yoga for a safe and uplifting experience.

Three sessions are available in February. Donations are encouraged and will benefit the Winchester Area SPCA.
